Initial Input

Buying a website online is pretty common – pedestrian even. But then what? There are so many design choices to be made that it can seem overwhelming. What will your navigation look like? How many pages will you have? What will your content look like?

To answer those questions, we use a simple online form that lets you customize each element on your website. This initial design questionnaire usually takes around 30 minutes to complete and gives us an idea of what you like and don’t like. It will be the jumping off point for our design work.

We’ll also ask you to complete a content questionnaire for each page on your new site. This will allow you to feature your expert knowledge right on your website. Or, if you would prefer, you can skip the content questions and our team of writers can craft professional content for you.

First Build

Once we have all your input together, our team will get to work designing you a custom website. We’ll put together a professional design based on your choices on the web design questionnaire. Once we have an initial design, you’ll get a website mockup for review.

At this stage, we’ll work together to make sure you love the design. The mockup will give you the colors, fonts, layout, and overall feel for your site. Hopefully, we understood your vision from day one, but the mockup lets us make sure we’re all on the same page.


After we’ve gotten any feedback from the mockup, we move into the final process of your website build. At this point, we’ll code your site, write content, add final images, and button up all the web design details.

We also test your site extensively to ensure that it displays properly across a wide variety of devices and browsers. Our team of web designers and developers pour over every detail to make sure that your website is exactly what you need before we go live.

Ongoing Service

Our service doesn’t end when your site goes live. We’ll also provide hosting services and complimentary editing. As long as we are hosting your site, we can update your content for free and discounted rates on design changes and additions.
