But we looked around at the available options and noticed that none of them were checking all the requirements we set out for ourselves. Some produced beautiful work from domestic designers, but the monthly price tag ran well over a thousand dollars.

Others provide more affordable solutions, but their work gets outsourced to overseas designers. They don’t advertise that fact up-front but do a little digging into the terms and conditions to find the truth. With these providers, you’re essentially paying for a middleman between you and a designer working for subsistence wages.

Further, all of our graphic designers are College educated with a degree in graphic design, art, or a related field; and they work directly in one of our US offices.

Unlimited Projects and Revisions

In order to be truly effective, we knew our plans had to be unlimited. If our goal was to provide employee level service in a monthly plan, we couldn’t limit our customers to just two or three designs each month. Any business owner knows that every month brings its own challenges. And we couldn’t turn away requests when they are most needed.

Every plan gets unlimited projects and unlimited revisions every month. We knew that had to happen when we set out on this plan, and nothing has changed that commitment.

No Contracts

Contracts suck. Nobody like them. Cable TV and cell phone providers do it because they want to trap you in their mediocre service.  We’re not like that. We want to win your business with each and every design that we do – and that’s why we don’t tie up our clients in long contracts.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes! Every plan has unlimited projects and revisions. The number of open projects and your turnaround time are affected by your plan level – but they are all truly unlimited.

Who owns the work you create?

You do. You will own complete rights to every project we complete. We even include the native design files when we deliver the final product.

How does the process work?

To get started, we’ll have you complete a design questionnaire that helps us learn about your business. Once that is done, you can submit new jobs through our client dashboard. Your order will be routed to your dedicated designer and they will get started ASAP. Most designs will have an initial proof within 1-3 days. From there, you can submit revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your design.

Do you use templates?

No way! Every design will be original and built from scratch by your designer. We never use pre-made templates.

Can I provide a style guide?

Absolutely! The more information you can provide to your designer, the better he can meet your requirements. Providing a brand or style guide will ensure that you get on-point designs as quickly as possible.

Is there anything not included?

Yes. Our monthly plans are not designed to replace a marketing department or full agency services. Exclusions include logo design (available on the Brand Champion level), video production, complex illustrations, web design, large layout projects, and complex photo manipulation.
