Responsibilities:
- Discover and develop new clients and business opportunities
- Guide clients through the sales process from prospect to customer
- Build and maintain client relations with a focus on return business
- Handle client objections in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous account executive and/or inbound and outbound sales experience a requirement
- Verifiable history of successfully meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication skills – including phone, email, and in-person
- Fast-learner that is open to criticism and willing to change
- Strong personality that can handle difficult clients
- Ability to hit the ground running and start taking on clients immediately
