Responsibilities:

  • Discover and develop new clients and business opportunities
  • Guide clients through the sales process from prospect to customer
  • Build and maintain client relations with a focus on return business
  • Handle client objections in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous account executive and/or inbound and outbound sales experience a requirement
  • Verifiable history of successfully meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills – including phone, email, and in-person
  • Fast-learner that is open to criticism and willing to change
  • Strong personality that can handle difficult clients
  • Ability to hit the ground running and start taking on clients immediately
