Fusion Group USA is seeking a highly organized Administrative and Sales Assistant to join our team in a full-time role. You will work closely with sales and the creative team to help oversee workflow and ensure excellent customer relations in a fun and busy environment.

Fusion Group USA is a marketing, printing, graphic, and web design company operating in Grand Junction. Our business is growing and we are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Administrative and Sales Assistant. We work in a productive, fun, and energetic office and are looking for a candidate who will fit within that context.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales and creative staff
  • Order Entry, delivery, and invoicing
  • Customer service
  • Oversee work-flow and project status
  • Maintain company filing system
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills – including phone, email, and in-person
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role a plus, but not required
  • High School Diploma
  • Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic

Benefits:

  • Pay starts at $13/hour

  • Discover and develop new clients and business opportunities

  • Previous account executive and/or inbound and outbound sales experience a requirement
  • Verifiable history of successfully meeting sales goals

  • Strong personality that can handle difficult clients
  • Ability to hit the ground running and start taking on clients immediately
